This isn’t true it is impossible to make a payment via a new card through the phone only if it was registered through my account previously unfortunately buying a voucher card is the only way and it’s overpriced for a 40$ card it’s 52$ 30% tax on it ….. not feasible for a 35$ plan they also don’t seem to help at all regarding being locked out of an account for days at a time I’m stuck and seems like I’m just losing my account and phone number

you won't loss your account

buying voucher from local supermarket or Shoppers drug mart has no extra fees, tax is the only extra. But when you use voucher to pay (which you paid tax already) PM won't charge extra tax on top

cs agent provided a link and im no where near where i can get a card at a store the voucher they wanted me to get is 52 plus tax for a 40$ card.... https://www.recharge.com/en/ca/public-mobile

Try muskbird.com. They charge $1 to $4 extra for a $40 voucher.
