      <description>&lt;P&gt;don't "activate" again.&amp;nbsp; But, your sim card is working?. connected to PM and can make calls and data works?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if working, then the error you got is a My Account login error.&amp;nbsp; Just ask PM to check and sort it out.&amp;nbsp; You won't be able to open proper Chatbot ticket at this time, so just open ticket by messaging them&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/463203"&gt;@David737&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are using an older SIM card that was on an account that is now no longer active, you need to purchase a new SIM card. I'd suggest looking at Amazon as it's only $4.99 there or IF your phone can do eSIM, that might work as well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
