      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I accidentally somehow locked my SIM &amp;amp; it's now telling me I need a PUK I was trying to open a ticket but keep going around in circles on the chat bot thing. Please help!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you in advance!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
