for whatever reason, that is a common error for subscription. Ask PM to check

you cannot open ticket using the proper Chatbot at this time, so you will need to message PM here

How long does it usually take to get a response

it varies, sometimes things get all sorted within an hour, sometimes take longer

but sometimes due to higher number of ticket, could take longer

and remember, after you message them, check the community inbox here, they reply to your inbox in the community , not email
