I noticed that my data speed has been very slow in the past 3 days. I have the 5G plan. What speed am I supposed to get?

There is no set/fixed speed. The maximum download speed on a 5g plan is 250Mbps, but the actual speed can vary based on network conditions.

@Julie34 , there were reports of calling problems in the west. Maybe data is also affected. By chance are you located in the west?
