      <description>&lt;P&gt;but did you reply yes to approve the port with your old service provider before you turned off?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if it is just a login problem, and you replied yes to your old provider, then you can reboot your phone after 2 hours and then your PM service should fully functioning and you can get the code to login&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but if you are worry, then just ask PM to help.&amp;nbsp; You won't be able to open Chatbot ticket, so, you will need to message them using the message link:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
