Why aren’t all promotional plans available to loyal public mobile customers?

Unfortunately, for existing customers, Public mobile has switched to personalized plan offers. Based on business and marketing decisions. Each existing customer has different plan offers. Usually more expensive that their present plan.

There are plans available for existing members. Login to your account and on the Subscription tab>Manage Subscription >Change Subscription and there you can see what plans are available for you.
