Incoming call No ringing

my phone has not been ringing when I have an incoming call. It is going straight to voicemail

Did you just port in from another service? What kind of phone do you have? Have you updated your phone to the newest software/firmware?

I recently had this issue and figured out what it was. I have the iPhone and I had blocked unknown numbers check to yes. Once I removed that, I started getting the calls I needed. Go figure.

if you are long term customers, then maybe network problem, change your Network mode to 3G on your phone

if you are very new to PM and ported in your number, likely the porting was not done. We can send you a number to call porting team.

Have you checked all the settings are correct, such as silent mode, do not disturb, airplane mode, the silent button on the side if an iPhone?

Check the settings on your account and reset your phone. If everything is fine on your end. Then it could be public mobile that's the issue. I had this issue before where I was not receiving text messages or phone calls. I would submit a ticket. Click on the chat box bottom right corner. Go through the steps and submit a ticket. Just be warned, it can take a while for the problem to be solved because you can't talk to someone over the phone. Everything is online so you are waiting for their response and it is a lot of back and forth. Also, if you have an old phone, that may be the problem as well, or an old SIM card.

No ringing when incoming calls come, and would go straight into voicemail so i missed many incoming calls. This happened every so often.
