Each province is different.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check this link for any outages in your area.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.telus.com/en/qc/outages" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.telus.com/en/qc/outages&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, try rebooting the phone and even resetting your network. Also, maybe turn off automatic in your network settings and picking public mobile and then rebooting. This sometimes helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
