      <title>Billed once, but charged twice in August</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When checking credit card history, I noticed being charged twice in August. One on August 13, another on August 14. Same amount. Public mobile showed only one bill on August 14 only. Any one has similar issue? Chatbot told me to contact customer support agent, but won’t tell me know. Any suggestions? Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
