      <description>&lt;P&gt;We put in the new SIM and followed all the instructions, yet we are STILL, 3 days later on SOS and cannot use the service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Do you mean it was working before but suddenly stopped? &amp;nbsp; Is this a new account or have you been a customer for a while? &amp;nbsp;Where did you get the sim card?
