      <description>&lt;P&gt;So what you can do now is reach out to a CS Agent to resolve it. However, before you do, can you try a few things for me as I've always wondered if there is a fix without needing CS Agents help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try this. Have you tried to reboot the phone? Have you tried the SIM card in a different phone and rebooted. They will assist with that. They may be also able to help with the porting of your other provider. If they can't, then the number can be used to assist with porting.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
