I've been with public Mobile for a long time now. I'm suddenly have continuous network connection issues. Very bad reception and roaming where I didn't use to, with it on or off. I even swapped back to my old phone that used the same sim and having similar issues, pictures won't send over text. I have recently changed to the 5G roaming plan but it was like this before. I'm on Pender Island BC. My girlfriend has public too with no issues. Would replacing the sim card help. I don't know what else to do. Ready to move on to Rogers.

This way you can rule out if it’s a sim/ account issue or device issue

Where I live 3G is still much better than 4/5G; not looking forward to shuttering our local 3G tower. 😵‍💫

Spoke with support about this issue. Tried a new sim, network resets, nothing worked. Got escalated further and i receieved a call, was told theres no service issues in my area they can find, Although a majority of people in my area have issues, im guessing possibly tower issue.
