Hi there, My friend referred me to join public last month, I didn't receive any rewards and my friend who referred me didn't receive any rewards either, what should I do?

You should have receive $10 in available fund within 72 hours of activation of your account. Your friend should receive one friend reward points each payment cycle while you are still a customer with Public mobile.

You will need to contact customer service agent to get this sorted out

When it comes to your friend who you referred, your friend doesnt' get any rewards/points. The $10 account credit that Dunkman mentioned is all the referred friend will received.
