      <description>&lt;P&gt;try browser with incognito mode, or reinstall app if you were using app&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but why 15th?? data only reset in renewal and PM has 30 days cycle. Is&amp;nbsp; August 15th the renewal date??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you are using the app go into your phone's settings, go to apps and select Public Mobile, then clear data&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;if renewal on the 5th, then data won't reset in 15th&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;to get PM help, open ticket using the orange Chatbot icon on lower right. Type Submit ticket to start, and choose Contact Us and login to submit ticket&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
