    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am a new customer to Public, I set everything up and went to pay and it said my payment could not be processed. I had the same issue with Koodo after I had to replace my old visa-debit card, that’s why I wanted to change companies. Am I being black listed from Telus? Why might this be happening? My card works with literally everything else but phone companies.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
