Automatic Top-up is a transaction for your subscription payment which gets deducted from your credit card.

Could you give more details?

when you activated your new PM acct, you provided a valid debit/credit card number and it was automatically set to Subscribed (which really means Autopay). If you wish, you can disable it but you'll need to use vouchers or manually pay with cc for regular plan renewals or buying add-ons.

Top-up in your account happens on the day or the day of your renewal date. It will come out of your registered CC or debit card.
