I bought 2 iPhone 13s refurbished and my calls kept being dropped or the reception was spotty. I had no issues on iPhone 6. I bought an iPhone 15 and upgraded to a 5G plan and bought a 5G Public Mobile Sim card and the phone didn't work at all. I put in the old SIM card and it works except that calls are dropped again.

Thank you

I’be been trying to submit a ticket and they want a username. So I create one and it's not recognized and it sends me through the login route again.

Yesterday I got my new iPhone 15. The call I made broke up and Apple suggested a 5G plan so I signed up. I purchased a 5G SIM card and now the phone doesn't work and I get an SOS reading at the top.

This is stupid
