The "Change Now"/Immediate plan changes have instantly. If you select the option to have the plan change at the time of next renewal, it will happen at that time, but that actual request will be accepted right away.

I changed to the promotional $35 a month subscription. What's incognito mode?

@Ryan_79 how you change to that plan?? did you change via My Account or reply to a text promotion?? if text promotion, what did the text say about the end date of the promo??

You can chose between switching to the new plan NOW or on Your Next Renewal Date but be warned if you switch NOW you have paid the the old plan plus the new plan. No refund on unused days.
