      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I login online it keeps taking me to a page that wants to start a new activation. I can’t just top up. I tried 611 but I don’t know the pin to my account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you can log into your account, go to Profile on the left side and you can see your PIN there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, left side, you'll see Profile. Click on that. Then the next page you'll see this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Chalupa_Batman_0-1723772636146.png"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/skins/images/798F526650ACC8354E8E175C8645714E/responsive_peak/images/image_not_found.png" alt="Chalupa_Batman_0-1723772636146.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then once you've set your PIN, you can then dial 611 and add a voucher if you wish.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
