how to cancel a phone

Hello,

I need help. I've been paying for a friend's phone. I created the account in her name with her email address. I can't access her email. She says she can't either. She is unwell and in hospital. I need to cancel her phone. How do I do this?

She can click on Forgot Password to show part of her password.
If that fails, she will need to contact a CS_Agent by clicking on the Chat bubble and type in Submit a Ticket or Contact Agent to access her account and Unsubscribe. After 90 days of nonpayment. Her account will be closed, SIM will not work and she will loss her number.

She can restart service and subscribe if it is less than 90 days.

@PJammy505 If you know the email address you should still be able to log in as long as you have the password and have the phone to receive the code. The email address can still function as the user id even if not accessible.
