      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I am visiting Newfoundland and for some reason, not only does my phone not call New Brunswick, but it's not calling places in Newfoundland either. When I press call, the phone automatically hangs up and doesn't even ring. Could this be something with the network? Or is it because I'm not in NB? Or is it just a problem with my phone or my plan?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
