On outbound calls I get a message saying I don't have enough minutes. I have an unlimited minutes subscription. I checked the forums and found a couple suggestions. I have changed subscriptions, and rebooted the phone. The same message keeps happening every time I try to make an outbound call. I can still receive inbound calls.

You may wish to check your account and confirm it's been paid. Another option is to try to use your SIM card in a different phone to make sure it's not your phone. But confirm your account is up to day pay wise. If you're still having issues, try a CS Agent.

To submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link

https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

Type Customer Service and follow the prompts. If you are having any issues, here is a direct link by sending a private message

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
