@Jun1234 Just take SIM card out of old phone and put it into new phone . If you have eSIM then with new phone log into your account and get new eSIM

Go to Public Mobile Chat and put your/ type in your question there. It will solve your problems. I got mine done that way by PM Chat Direct and Live!

Unfortunately, Public Mobile does not have live chat.
