      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/429836"&gt;@vonniebJJ&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Put your phone to 4G/LTE and connect to T-Mobile or AT&amp;amp;T.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes best to turn off 5g if you have it on and connect manually.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also have to ensure your phone has the latest carrier update and IOS or software update. You can connect to Wi-Fi to verify this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes restarting will help after doing this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
