      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just bought $30 worth of data and found out I have to download an app but it won’t let me download&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;moved to Canada from Australia a month ago if that makes a difference&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/459403"&gt;@Timothy501&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, how did you manage to create the account without the app?&amp;nbsp; Once the account is created, you can manage the account and use the service without the app.&amp;nbsp; I assume you cannot install the app on your phone because your google/app store account might not be properly geo-located.&amp;nbsp; See if you can change the location information.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
