Paid for US talk and text Add-on and talk is not working

Help. I paid for US talk and text and I can't make calls or recieve calls. The same thing happened to my Dad when he ordered this add-on. I have my roaming on and I have already tried turning off my phone and turning it back on as instructed by the Chat-bot. I only have data and text. This is not good.

@Bluejay1 , what phone are you using. The US no longer has a 3G network, VoLTE is essential to run the talk function. Some older model phones are not VoLTE whitelisted on this service. T-Mobile does offer sporadic 2G coverage for non VoLTE whitelisted phones.

@GeorgeBennett The Pixel 3A is not on Public Mobile's VoLTE approved list so is not likely to work well for voice calls in the USA although data and texts should still work. The approved list is near the bottom of the page in this link

You would need to either use T-Mobile's 2G network or a voip app like Fongo or TextNow for voice calls.
