      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Phone is giving me message that the SIM (physical) is disabled and need the PUK code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PUK does not appear on the plastic credit card that the SIM came with.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
