If not it sounds like your account may have lapsed and you should look to see if you can make a payment. Something else you can try is setting airplane mode on and then turning it off, or restart your phone&lt;/P&gt;</description>

So I helped her with some trouble shooting and thankfully, it was the first one on my list.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is your account paid up? Sometimes credit card expire and we forget to update. You can check your account online or on the app to verify it's paid up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If paid and up to date, have you tried restarting the phone?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't work, do you have another phone you can try the SIM card in and test to see if you're still experiencing the same issues?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And finally, sometimes you just need a network reset done by Public Mobile CS Agents on their end to resolve things as a final effort.
