Hi, I ported my number from Freedom just over a week ago. I have an iPhone and was never able to get texts once I approved the port with my Freedom SIM card.

Now a different number has somehow been assigned to my phone. How do I get my number back and working with text?

Hello @AliPhone

If you place your Freedom SIM card back in your phone, does it still work? I assume it does.

There is a number you can call to get this porting issue resolved. I will send you a private message to your mailbox in the top right corner of this page or click on this link to direct access.

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage
