    <description>&lt;P&gt;I just transferred to Public from my old provider, but i used an old account number when making the transfer. I can make outgoing calls, but texts or incoming calls do not work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help is appreciated, Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If so, did you say yes within 90 minutes?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you put your old service providers SIM card into your phone, do you still have service or does it say SOS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Confirm these for me and if things still aren't working, I can send you a number to call to assist with the porting process.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Got the text from old provider and responded to allow the transfer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;old sim still says the provider name.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
