      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/458579"&gt;@DanaCR&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you have us to help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, did the esim every work? or you just installed and weren't able to get it working?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to Sim Manager or Settings-&amp;gt;Cellular and check if the esim is installed there and if it is enabled (or on iPhone, you have to make sure it is primary and enabled Turn on this line)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if enabled, try Reset All Networks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
