    <description>&lt;P&gt;This is most likely a glitch, I have checked my credit card and the payment apparently has already been made, and everything seems to work just fine. Yet I have also received the email, the text in English and in French on how it's on hold.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had two emails and a text telling me my account is on hold. &amp;nbsp;Now I have a text in french telling me the same thing. &amp;nbsp;My account is paid up. &amp;nbsp;I'm getting frustrated receiving these notices over and over.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I checked the message again, it's notifying that the "on hold" messages were sent by mistake, for some reason they sent it by French first and then by English.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
