How to Transfer plan data used to a soon to expire data addon

I have a promo data addon with 0% used that expires soon. My current data plan is 50% used.

Is there a method to transfer plan data usage to one of the addons.

The method of using plan data first, then addon data made sense when there was no expiry for addon data.

Propose that PM reverse the order of usage (addon data first, then plan data) now that they have short expiry for addons.

Hello @Canoehead

The only way to use the bonus data is to use up all your regular data. If you don't use up your 30 day data bucket, it won't start using your bonus data.

sorry, no way to transfer or extend it or have the loyalty data being used first. Many of us have the same situation, but this is the problem with this 150 days expiration data bonus

@Canoehead Unfortunately as you know you need to use up the plan data bucket first . So unless you burn thru you plan data on propose to use up the expiring bonus data . It was just a useless gift that was giving as a after thought from taking away our old $ rewards
