The Canada-US subscrption - does that use our data we currently have in our plan when we go to the US or do we need to buy a add-on to have data in the US? Just want to confirm as it just mentions, calls, texts, and etc.

No add on needed roaming is built into the plan itself

If one is not working well try the other

@Sunstorm, yes you are correct. The PM SIM will allow you to connect to their approved U.S. partners T-Mobile and AT&T. Some customers have reported that Verizon has worked for them as well but not all customers. If you have your phone's cellular settings set to Automatic it should connect to the strongest signal but if it's working well for you change your settings so that it's no longer on Automatic and manually select the carrier you want to try connecting to. Be sure to leave Date Roaming ON
