    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My daughter is in Germany and has lost her Canadian phone (with Public Mobile SIM card).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, she is trying to get a replacement one (SIM card), which would be sent to her Canadian address etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However she cannot log in to Public Mobile. She has entered her phone number and also her email address and got nothing. Perhaps they tried to send a text to her number?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I created a Public Mobile account just to ask this question.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What are her options?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Update: we have found the log in details &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt; However, to log in it sends text to the phone &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So she can't log in&lt;/P&gt;</description>

But Might be easier for her if someone back home . Could go to corporate Telus / Koodo store to pick one up . Or order one from Amazon usually cheaper there . Can take up to 3 weeks for SIM card from public mobile . But once she has SIM card in hand she can ask support to sim swap the number for her . And when she back home she will be able to have code sent to her phone to log in .
