      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received an email that my account has been put on hold because payment was not received.&amp;nbsp; However I have pre-authorized payment, so wondering what the status is.&amp;nbsp; And I was charged 21.85$ on August 5th for top-up something but I have no clue what it is.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Because I didn't have anything added to my account.&amp;nbsp; Please advise me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Claude&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;A lot of customers got the same email.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As long as you have service and your account says Active, ignore it. Looks like some small bug in PM system and PM is aware of it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
