      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I got an email and a text saying that my account has been put on hold because of an unresolved payment issue, but everything looks in order on my account. There is a payment card, I am subscribed, and the payment has been taken. I am still able to text and call, so I'm just confused about what is happening. I don't know the correct contact for this issue, is there somebody that can help me with this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Tara&lt;/P&gt;</description>
