for over 2 years my plan was for $ 25 per month . then 2 months ago it was increased to $30 oer month with no warning. WHY? also all my reward points were eliminated . WHY?

They removed all the loyalty rewards and switched you over to a less valued one.

This is old news and everyone was informed. A lot of people left, some stayed. Now you just need to figure out if PM is still right for you.

In May of this year Public Mobile changed their systems so that everyone on the old legacy rewards ($$) would be moved over to Public Points. With that change you no longer get discounts for autopay or loyalty.

@nanckerb Yes back in may everyone was moved over to the new rewards points . No more $2 auto pay and loyalty rewards . Instead now we get 5% back in points of plan spend and 10 points a year on anniversary friend refferals are still same value but at 1 point every 30 days for each friend . Once you have 15 points you can redeem $15 off your bill from the rewards portal in your account
