I want to use my reward points towards my subscription cost every month. How do I do that?

you can only redeem for $15 bill credit after you built up 15 points. So, if you have 15 new points monthly, you can redeem it every month

if not, you will have to wait till you have enough points

After you have 15 points, just login My Rewards site (login My Account first, click Rewards on top right, or you can use the App and go to Rewards page), then go to catalogue and pick the $15 bill credit to redeem. The credit will then add to your account within 48 hours, usually a lot quicker
