Also you can try the app instead too make sure location services are on when you do . Also note if in a hurry you can buy payment vouchers from shoppers drug mart and load it *611 to resume services right away . Untill you can get the credit card info updated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/392524"&gt;@Debra_W&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;updating payment card is tricky sometimes&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;wait an hour first or as long as 24 hours and try&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. using Incogntio/private/secret mode on your browser to update the card&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. using the Public Mobile app, but grant Location Permission to the app first&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if both fails or you need to resume service, get a voucher from Shopper Drug mart and load the voucher using *611&lt;/P&gt;</description>
