I did Pre-authorized Payment Reward Jan 22, 2021, but no longer loyalty discount $2 available in my account. Also I did a Refer-a-Friend.

Sorry, but there are no longer any autopay rewards or any loyalty rewards for being a customer for multiple years.

The Loyalty program has come to an end. You get points that you manually use to get $15 off your bill when you get enough. Your raf should now be counted as points. Log into your app to see what you have

@MisSalem You might have missed the announcement . All old legacy rewards have been replaced by the new points system . Theirs is no more loyalty reward . Or auto pay reward , instead you get 10 points each year on anniversary and 5% back in points on plan spend and 1 point for each free refferal that carry same $ value . Only know you have to wait till you have 15 points to redeem $15 off your bill . Check out your rewards portal in your account . Should display something like this
