      <description>&lt;P&gt;Why am I getting an email that my account has been put on hold and that you didn't receive my payment (received today August 6 at 12:33 pm.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I logged into my account and I am set up for auto pay and a payment was taken yesterday.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Exactly the same thing just happened to me. Auto pay has been linked to the same credit card for years and never a problem until this glitch. I probably over reacted as I am very sensitive about my credit and don't like it when I am falsely accused of not paying a bill.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
