good afternoon this is peter so l am new to public mobile and l am just wondering what will happen if l dont have enough money on my account will l be able to reactive once l pay off my bill the next day. please let me know

Hey Peter. Your phone will just stop working. No texting or calling. Pretty simple actually. No pay no play. Once you add funds to your account, you click on pay now and then reboot your phone. Should be back up and running. Know this. You have 89 days to pay your bill before you lose your number.

if you missed the payment, the account will be suspended after the end of the current cycle. You hvae 90 days to come back and make a payment to resume. if you fail to resume service within 90 days, your account will be closed permanently
