I set up mine and my sons accounts using different email addresses. Now I can't remember what email I used for his account and I need to change billing information.

Just did that but now the problem is, that email was hacked, so I don't have access to it

Then you will need to contact customer service agent as noted earlier. It will take a few hours to respond. Be prepared to answer some security questions about the account.
