@MSimone If you purchased the international long distance add on you can't call the UK. To call the UK you need the UK long distance minutes add on. If you got the wrong one open a ticket with customer support at the chat icon bottom right of this page. We are only other customers here and can't do anything with your account.

What country are you trying to call from Canada?

Which add on did you purchase? The international country one? United kingdom one? Which country in UK? Do you see the add on in your self service account?

How are you dialing the number?

It doesn't make a difference, they all come under 44.
