      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes I can make calls and texts. &amp;nbsp;And I answered YES right away within minutes after putter the number transfer request through. &amp;nbsp;And no my old SIM card no longer is active.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
