      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/306571"&gt;@laurakociuba&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Can you explain more about what you are trying to do? &amp;nbsp;Are you an existing customer and this suddenly happened, are you signing up for a new account? &amp;nbsp; If you are unable to log in to an existing account have you tried "didn't get the code" to get it send by email? &amp;nbsp;If you can log in by email check the phone number and email in your Eversafe profile. &amp;nbsp;Are you trying to get the SMS to port out of Public Mobile or email confirmation of a port in?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
