Some phones will have an older version of APN settings that no longer works for MMS. Please ensure that the APN settings are up to date. https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/set-up-data-on-an-android-phone

@Swq1149 You need to update the APN settings as per the link @computergeek541 gave you but note that with OnePlus phones the first line needs to be in all caps, that is SP.MB.COM
