      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I paid for an add-on for 1GB of data, but the data didn't work and I was still charged the $15. I needed the extra data in that moment and since it didn't work, I had to just drive somewhere else to find wifi.       <description>&lt;P&gt;In Canada (where I always use it). I tried to use it on multiple apps (include Public mobile app itself) and just a simple search on the internet – nothing was loading.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
